Contact duration? 
For the Basic and Advanced profile you can choose between a package for one or for two years. For a Premium and Priority profile there is an additional 6-month package available. When your booked company profile expires, the product is renewed automatically for the same duration again – except you cancel. Cancelling is possible respectivley 14 days before expiring.

Inquiries on the Marketplace or do I get them directly? 
You will find inquiries on the market place. You can make a quotation and send them directly to the buyers. But if you have entered your production data, buyers can also invite you directly for quotations. The moment you make your quote, buyers will be informed by mail. They have complete access to your contact data.

How to react to inquiries – Inquiry status management
Internet is a medium, where users wants to have very quick responses. So do buyers. Therefore you can make use of the picture language on Tech2select, where you quickly inform the buyer about the inquiry status per symbols. Buyers can analyze your quote with Tech2select tools – so we suggest to quote on the portal. Of course you can send your quotation also via fax or call the buyer.

Is it necessary to enter detailed production data?
Your company profile includes your contact and production data. The better you enter your production facility data, the better are your chances for fitting inquiries. So your investment of only one or two hours time for your technical informations, will definitely pay back. The matching process analyzes the technical need with your production facilities. Campaigning the suppliers directory?
For marketing issues the company and production data of your profile are search engine optimized. Tech2select is also placed on Google ad and is in use of buyers of different branches (automobile industry, mechanical engineering, furniture industry, electronic).

How to order and make payment?
You can order your company profile online. In the online-shop you can decide for the product and pay with credit card (Master Card / Visa). You will receive your invoice per E-Mail.

How to benefit from multi-linguality?
